There is a spacious dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and ice-maker, smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, cutlery, crock-pot & more! Other amenities include in-unit washer & dryer, DVD, games and book library, Flat screen TV with expanded cable in living room with DVD/VCR. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with antennas. The home features Wi-Fi/High Speed Internet throughout the home, all linens & kitchen items included.

Quoted rates do not include $125 cleaning fee and 12% tourism tax. International guests must pay with VRBO payment system or with US funds. Rates may be higher as, quote tool does not take into account any holiday weeks/dates that may be included in your request/inquiry. Owner reserves right to correct rates quoted by VRBO quote tool. Minimum rental required. Any payment made through VRBO requires payment of the internet convenience fee by the TRAVELER. No refunds of deposit for cancellation of reservations. You agree that we have blocked our calendar in anticipation of your stay and the home has been made unavailable for other guests to select your dates. This is covered as damage.
