For added convenience this unit also has a private Washer/Dryer. Queen Size Bed, WiFi and Cable TV. Enjoy meals and relaxation on the outside Tropical Patio areas. Beach wagon, chairs umbrella, and towels make it easy to hit the beach.
No Car? No problem--There is a Free Trolley service that runs up and down the Island that can transport you to all of your favorite places on the Island.
If you do choose to bring a vehicle there is parking available next to the unit in the driveway for one vehicle.
Quiet Hours: You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels (a normal conversation) between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, and 50 decibels (quiet conversation) between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. No excessive, boisterous, or repetitive noise (shouting, yelling, or screaming) is permitted. These noises can deprive neighboring persons of peaceful enjoyment of their property. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation.
