The house is fully furnished as our second home and not as a "vacation rental" with budget furniture or decor. TV, DVD and Dish with WiFi are all there and first rate including a fun movie collection for downtime.
Known as Casa de la Sirena, we are constantly upgrading the amenities of this home. In the last 4 months alone we have added new sheets and towels, new coffee maker, new couch in the living room, new tropical landscaping and a new tropical double fan and light in the master bedroom. This house is actually very accommodating for those with mobility limitations. There is a couple inch threshold at the front entry and others at the sliders. Access to the dock area and yard beyond the lanai is difficult with several steps. The master bath is easy to move a chair around in and only has a couple inch threshold to make it over.
