Miromar provides an outstanding 10,000 sq. foot infinity pool that is surrounded by views of the lake, sandy beaches, an open air dining pavilion with poolside service and hot tub. This is but a 2 minute walk along the beach from our condo. But our condo also has our own private pool overlooking the lake that is beautiful in its own right. It is quieter and you still have outstanding views. You choose!
Our Penthouse unit is quite spacious with views from both the front and back lanais of two sparkling lakes. The entire condo has been professionally decorated in a Tommy Bahama theme. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a den with a pull out couch and a desk for those people who still have to be connected to the outside world. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all needed to inspire great cooks Open concept for the kitchen, living room and dining room. The dining room seats 6 people and the kitchen has 3 bar stools. The living room will seat 6 people, more if you use the foot rest and the 3 bar stools. The outside Lanai comes with two large chairs and foot rest, along with a couch. All is finished off with luxurious cushions for comfort. There is also a bistro table and chairs for dining. This lanai is over 400 sq feet overlooking the lake for maximum outdoor enjoyment. We also have a negotiable boat dock available.
Miromar is 10 minutes from the South West Airport. We have a large mall across the street, with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and movie theatres. The best outlet mall in Southwest Florida is a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk). Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key Beach and Barefoot beach are all approximately 20 minutes away. Naples and Sanibel Island are 30 minutes away. Miami is 2 hours drive. Disney in Orlando is a 3 hour drive. And you can also take a 3 hour boat ride to Key west just by driving your car for 20 minutes to catch it!
And did I mention we are only 5 minutes away from the Boston Red Sox spring training stadium? Some of these players stay in our complex during March and April.
There are many affordable Championship and Executive golf courses nearby. There are 7 Tennis Har-tru courts one of which is a exhibition court. Full time Tennis Pro is on staff. There is a personal trainer available and wonderful massages at the spa.
