We are just off of interstate I-75 at SR-70 behind Tara Preserve and Tara Golf Course on the north border of Sarasota. It's a Bradenton address but Sarasota is just across the river. Located approx. 30 mins. from the beaches, 15 mins north of the new world class rowing facility and 30 mins from downtown Sarasota or downtown Bradenton and the outlet malls for shopping (less than 2 hours to Disney!)

This is a unique home on the main body of the Braden River. The river flows by the back of the house as well as wraps around the front of the house for fantastic views all around. There is a tandem kayak for guest to use. Boats for rent at Jiggs Landing right around the corner. Kayaking from the back yard. You can literally cast a line in the water from your patio. This is a fresh water river with tournament bass fishing and access to 500 acre Ward Lake. The sunsets are remarkable! There is a tandem kayak, fire pit, BBQ grill and fishing poles for the guests to use. There is a laundry room downstairs to be shared with the other guest.
